The Importance of a proper sleep schedule

In January, at the start of the third and hopefully final Lockdown (fingers crossed), we shared our Director, Nicola Hunter’s writing around her personal experience of exercising during the prevoius Lockdown and tips for leading a more active lifestyle for Social Ventrue, Arthr.

We were all happy to see the clocks spring forward at the weekend. Losing an hour in bed was balanced out with the lighter evenings’ arrival and summer’s first sight.

For those struggling with getting enough of those all-important zzz’s, we thought it was appropriate to share Nicola’s latest piece of writing for Arthr now. You can read ‘The Importance of a proper sleep schedule‘ here.
