Working To Wellbeing provides specialist vocational rehabilitation for claimants with long-term health conditions, facilitating the return to work process
and alleviating the burden on claims by integrating proactive measures. This supports not just recovery but sustainable return to work.
Bolstering an income protection offering with our services helps you stand out in a competitive market. Our team of HCPC-registered clinicians
are dedicated to providing specialist support, tailored to providing an excellent service for you, the claimant and employers.
Our integrated vocational rehabilitation model can provide early intervention support and ensure that people get what they need, when they need it. Work is a health outcome and part of the rehabilitation journey. We provide functional restoration health behaviour change techniques to enable self management and return to work where possible.
Through our specialist support, we aim to reduce cost of claim and provide you with effective return on investment, this not only benefits you as the insurer, but also provides a value added service for your client and support for your claimant that they would not typically receive in an NHS pathway.
We work closely with employers, where consent is given, allowing them to understand their employee’s health condition and the impact it can have on work. We can also help with wellbeing action planning, support line managers to implement a return to work plan and make reasonable adjustments.
We can add value to an in house rehabilitation or claims team by providing specialist support for claimants with cancer, neurodiversity, menopause and other long-term health conditions. We communicate regularly with insurers to provide a picture of how recovery is going, to reduce the burden on your claims team.
