Specialists in Functional Restoration

With over a decade of experience in working with insurers, W2W’s services are designed and delivered to best support claimants to remain in, or return to, work.

Return to Work Rate

74% of individuals that have been referred to Working To Wellbeing’s Work Support Services have successfully returned to and/or sustained work.

Early Intervention is Key

We understand the benefits of early intervention to prevent longer-term ill-health and the consequences of falling out of work. Where possible, we aim to work closely with an employer supporting both them and their employee.

How can we help you?

Integrated Rehabilitation Service

Our integrated vocational rehabilitation model can provide early intervention support and ensure that people get what they need, when they need it. Work is a health outcome and part of the rehabilitation journey. We provide functional restoration health behaviour change techniques to enable self management and return to work where possible.

Value Added Proposition

Through our specialist support, we aim to reduce cost of claim and provide you with effective return on investment, this not only benefits you as the insurer, but also provides a value added service for your client and support for your claimant that they would not typically receive in an NHS pathway.

Employer Engagement

We work closely with employers, where consent is given, allowing them to understand their employee’s health condition and the impact it can have on work. We can also help with wellbeing action planning, support line managers to implement a return to work plan and make reasonable adjustments.

Enhancing Claims Teams

We can add value to an in house rehabilitation or claims team by providing specialist support for claimants with cancer, neurodiversity, menopause and other long-term health conditions. We communicate regularly with insurers to provide a picture of how recovery is going, to reduce the burden on your claims team.
