Working To Wellbeing provides health and wellbeing support for employers to help support employees with a long term health condition at work.
We understand the unique challenges faced by SMEs, whether it’s financial implications of long-term sickness, the absence of an in-house occupational health team,
or wanting to be a good employer and support members of the team. Specialised services revolve around occupational health assessments, personalised
health coaching including vocational rehabilitation, and expert guidance and planning for returning to work from a specialist team of HCPC-registered clinicians.
Whether you’re supporting an employee through a health diagnosis or navigating the complexities of managing employee health, Working To Wellbeing
provide tailored solutions, ensuring the wellbeing of your workforce. We specialise in supporting people with cancer, mental health,
neurodivergence, menopause and long-term health conditions.
Working To Wellbeing’s multidisciplinary team consists of specialist HCPC-registered clinicians who are trained in vocational rehabilitation. This means we are able to deliver and manage a full range of support for your employees, taking the pressure off employers from having to source individual services.
If you’re unsure about the next steps to take regarding an employee’s health, we can assist you. Our team of HCPC-registered clinicians specialises in guiding employers on how to meet legal requirements while also ensuring that they can offer the necessary support to their employees.
We work closely with employers, where consent is given, allowing them to understand their employee’s health condition and the impact it can have on work. We can also help with wellbeing action planning, support line managers to implement a return to work plan and make reasonable adjustments.
Following an assessment, our team can support with return to work planning, this includes making suggestions for reasonable adjustments as well as recommendations for further support through health coaching, which we can provide. We may also signpost to other services or funding schemes such as Access To Work.
We understand that line managers aren’t experts in how to support their employees who have a long-term health condition. We can offer webinar sessions on various subjects including: Improving communication skills, understanding symptoms of long-term health conditions and how to support employees, and return to work planning.
