Support for Case Managers

Traditionally vocational rehabilitation such as career redirection, return to work planning and employer engagement is often seen as a later intervention

for insurers who are employing case managers to support claimants following an accident.

Research and evidence shows however that having meaningful work conversations and intervening with vocational rehabilitation at an early stage

can support the whole rehabilitation process.

Working To Wellbeing can provide work coaching, a tailored approach and interventions to help have work conversations at an early

stage alongside other rehabilitation interventions case managers may have in place.

Fills the Gaps in Existing Support

Working To Wellbeing’s multi and interdisciplinary support means that our team can work with and complement any current rehabilitation you have in place. This can include career redirection and goal setting, and work coaching towards these goals.

Employer Engagement

We work closely with employers, where a claimant has a job to return to, allowing them to understand their employee’s health condition and the impact it can have on work. We can also help with wellbeing action planning, support line managers to implement a return to work plan and make reasonable adjustments.

Return To Work Planning

Our team can support with return to work planning, this includes making suggestions for reasonable adjustments as well as recommendations for further support through health coaching, which we can provide. Where there is not a role to return to, we can support work-readiness.
