Working To Wellbeing supports businesses struggling with health related absence, by providing workplace health assessments for employees who are currently
on a prolonged absence from work, or are struggling to remain at work.
Our expertise lies not only in providing assessment and advice following a management referral, but we also provide specialist
case management, incorporating health coaching to enable employees to return to, and to thrive at work.
We specialise in supporting people with cancer, mental health, neurodivergence, menopause and long-term health conditions.
Working To Wellbeing’s multidisciplinary team consists of specialist HCPC-registered clinicians who are trained in vocational rehabilitation. This means we are able to deliver and manage a full range of support for your employees, taking the pressure off employers from having to source individual services.
If you’re unsure about the next steps to take regarding an employee’s health, we can assist you. Our team of HCPC-registered clinicians specialises in guiding employers on how to meet legal requirements while also ensuring that they can offer the necessary support to their employees.
We work closely with employers, where consent is given, allowing them to understand their employee’s health condition and the impact it can have on work. We can also help with wellbeing action planning, support line managers to implement a return to work plan and make reasonable adjustments.
Following an assessment, our team can support with return to work planning, this includes making suggestions for reasonable adjustments as well as recommendations for further support through health coaching, which we can provide. We may also signpost to other services or funding schemes such as Access To Work.
Workplace Health Assessments can be made on a case-by-case basis and do not require any contracts for potential future referrals.
You can choose to buy a single assessment and advice package or a fully managed service, to ensure a sustained return to work.
For pricing information, please email us at w2w.admin@working2wellbeing.com, or visit the contact page here.
Following assessment, further support may be recommended for an employee which can include health coaching, which we can provide.
