Elevenses – Weekly Mindfulness Webinar

New Summer Dates added! From Tuesday the 30th of June at 11 am, and for all of July, we are going to continue to host a weekly guided mindfulness session. This digital event series is open to past attendees and newcomers.

 

‘Elevenses’ is an interactive webinar that will help you to switch your focus to the here and now. Find a break from the endless news cycles and social feeds and help set yourself up for a productive week while you adapt to a new work environment and way of working.
