National workouts and wellbeing week webinar
The aim of National Workouts and wellbeing week is to raise awareness around mental health and the positive impact exercise has on our overall health. We know that one of the most important, but one of the hardest things to do is to build time into our busy day for ourselves. It feels like a bit of a luxury, but we know that allocating even as short an amount of time as 15 minutes can make you more productive all day.
On the 23rd of March at 11 am we’ll dedicate 15 minutes to host an interactive webinar that will help up-skill participants and be more productive in their working week. As well as guided mindfulness exercises you can do yourself, there will be advice on what you can do to lead a more active lifestyle.
