Workplace Protection and Wellbeing Report created by Corporate Adviser

We’re in good company in the 2021 Workplace Protection and Wellbeing Report created by Corporate Adviser Intelligence. As it’s their research, it’s definitely best to let them set the scene.

Here’s their Executive Summary.

“The workplace protection and wellbeing sector has stood up remarkably well to the pandemic. Against a backdrop of economic uncertainty, furlough and rising unemployment, employers have turned to workplace protection, wellbeing and healthcare products to support their employees, often relying on the ever-growing digital functionality available through them. Group risk has grown across all product lines and corporate healthcare and cash plans have been resilient. Advisers and providers predict strong growth in the years ahead as NHS waiting lists increase and employers seek ways to engage and reward staff, many of whom will continue to work remotely, on either a full-time or hybrid basis.”
