For International Stress Awareness Month this April, we’re hosting a special edition of our mindfulness webinar series. We’ll dedicate sessions to subjects like sleep, exercise and emotions.
‘Elevenses’ is an interactive webinar that helps you switch your focus to the here and now. The 15-minute sessions will cover the science behind feeling stressed and offer simple tactics and techniques that can apply to your everyday life.
