We are looking to take on new team members into our award-winning service. Are you a registered HCPC Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist? Are you looking to develop your skills in health behaviour change and work for an award-winning team in the field of vocational rehabilitation for people with cancer and long-term health conditions?
We are looking for suitably qualified Physiotherapist or OTs with experience working with people with long term conditions such as cancer, persistent pain, chronic fatigue and mental health problems. Previous experience with psychological aspects of care and knowledge of bio psycho social model is essential combined with a compassionate approach and able to work in a remote based team. Experience or interest in work as an outcome is desirable and you may be a member of ACPOHE on work or have experience of vocational rehabilitation or occupational health.
Working from home, this role would involve a clinical caseload and the opportunity to support a key part of the W2W business, depending on your expertise. This could include quality assurance, resource development, training etc.
We offer regular supervision, professional support and training to all team members. We have an enthusiastic and multi-disciplinary team who have a wide range of skills and experience to draw from.
