Work-focused rehabilitation & support for individuals

If you’re an individual who is struggling at work, perhaps with a long-term health condition, post-cancer treatment or characteristics of neurodivergence, we can help.

Working To Wellbeing have over a decade of experience coaching individuals to help improve day-to-day functioning, meeting their personal goals and thriving at work.

Our experience has supported people with symptoms such as pain, fatigue, sleep and emotional response to health conditions.

Individuals can then begin to self-manage their symptoms, set and achieve new goals including work.

Some individuals may access support through their employer or insurance policies whilst others self-fund their health coaching.

We can also offer health coaching funded through Access to Work.
