Early Intervention and Added Value Services

W2W provides a proactive approach to help employees who may be struggling with an illness or stressful situation. Our support services enable an employee to stay at work or quickly return to work by supporting them to self-manage their situation.

We understand the need for, and benefits of, early intervention to prevent longer-term ill-health and the consequences of falling out of work. Our proactive services are designed to be ‘lighter touch’ with brief interventions, targeting the problems that are of greatest priority to the individual, ensuring focus on function and work ability. Where possible we want to work closely with an employer supporting both them and their employee.

Physical Health

W2W Physical Health service provides remote Physiotherapy assessment and support to manage an individual’s musculoskeletal and general physical health.

The objective of the assessment is to understand physical and functional limitations and current and pre-illness physical activity levels.

The Physiotherapist will provide advice and support on managing musculoskeletal injury and physical impairments, referring to face to face Physiotherapy and/ or local physical activity resources if required.

Emotional Support Service

W2W provides support for people with a range of emotional needs. Following a detailed remote assessment and triage process, our light touch Emotional Support Service provides an opportunity for people to discuss their emotions and how they are feeling about things.

Our Emotional Support Service is the first part of a stepped care model where people can be signposted externally or referred internally to our mental health support service as required.

External CBT and Physiotherapy

W2W have an established national network of qualified CBT and Physiotherapy providers. This robust network has strict inclusion criteria and ongoing quality process to ensure a standard of service is provided by all associate practitioners. Our national network allows for quick and convenient assessment and treatment for mental and physical health concerns when this can not be supported through W2W remote service provision.

• DSE assessment
• Individual workplace assessment

Added Value Wellbeing Services

We know that companies that provide perks and benefits to their employees such as EAP programmes and wellbeing resources are more likely to have loyal, productive employees and a low staff turnover. We could help you take your offering to the next level with the provision of our Early Intervention Services.

If this sounds like something your employees could benefit from and you would like this valuable addition to your wellbeing agenda, let’s start a conversation to see how we can help.
